The proposed amendments to the Industrial Training Act as well as the National Hospital Insurance Fund Act have been withdrawn and it was announced when the Bill was being moved. So, do not make any reference to it because it is of no use. It was withdrawn. Those two were withdrawn; the one you have just referred to as well as the proposal on the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF). Indeed, for any other Member who is arriving late, do not make any reference to those two in your contribution because they have been withdrawn formally."
