    "content": "In line with Section 115 of the Public Procurement and Disposal Act of 2005, the Director-General of the Public Procurement and Oversight Authority (PPOA) should debar for a period of not less than three years any individual or company and its directors and associates that have been found to have colluded with officials of State corporations to violate the Public Procurement and Disposal Act 2005 and its regulations. This will go a long way to discourage private sector players from engaging in corrupt activities or encouraging public officers to flout procurement laws to the benefit of private sector business people."
