    "content": "The non-remittance of statutory deductions is an issue to do with leadership. Leadership of State corporations show lack of seriousness and commitment on the side of the people entrusted with such responsibility. I doubt whether the Government indicates the cost of penalties in the allocations it makes. The negligence we have seen in such institutions even when they delay the remittances, indicates that it is carried out over time. I expect punitive measures to be put in place by the Committee on the inefficiency it has observed in the management of these institutions. This will bring to an end mismanagement of State corporations."
