In today’s newspaper, it was reported that the National Assembly is doing a lot in trying to finalise Bills, only to realise that the Bill which was headlined in today’s Standard newspaper originated from this House. That is the Bill on the Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC). So, I would like to caution the newspaper reporters that they should dig further and get to know the root of some of these Bills."
