Last time, the Vice- Chairperson told us that Kshs45 million was allocated to repair Sagana-Kagio-Kutus Road, but I disputed it because I felt it was not enough. I was told that the road was to be completed by the end of June. However, funds were spent on that road and it is still in pathetic condition. We are now in the month of October. Could he tell us what is happening? We want to know what this is all about because funds are allocated, spent and nothing to show on the ground."
