    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I rise to support this Bill. Technology and education have brought tremendous improvement to human life. There could be a lot of controversies concerning this Bill from the cultural and Biblical point of view for those who are believers like me. In the Bible, we are told that the mother must carry the baby for nine months and she must experience labour. In this case, the biological father and mother of the child will not be the ones to carry the child; it will be another mother. Biblically, that will bring a challenge."
