    "content": "(Sen. (Dr.) Machage): That is an important observation. We have two levels at which you can move your amendments. I was thinking of advising Sen. (Prof.) Lesan that if he is so convinced, his amendments should be moved at the Committee Stage. However, as you move the amendments, I know you will consider the constitutional inclinations of this country in terms of parenthood. Just because a country in Central America has three parents for a child may not be constitutionally acceptable in Kenya. However, it is your right to consider moving an amendment at that level. Otherwise you should have moved it at this level if due diligence was considered. Do you want to say something?"
