    "content": "Committee, these are some of the things they said in terms of how they fasten implementation of some of the recommendations that most of their Committees come up with. It is unfortunate that this Report was tabled way back on 3rd December 2015. The House Business Committee (HBC) may need to prioritise some of these things. However, as you have rightly said, we, in the Implementation Committee, have not been taking seriously the recommendations from the PAC and PIC. It is high time we took these Reports seriously."
