    "content": "This Policy, therefore, provides a framework under the Convention on the Rights of the Child using the four pillars of protection, survival, participation and development. I know under that framework there are many laws which have been passed especially on the issue of child protection. We have the Sexual Offences Act, The Victim Protection Act – which I pushed in this Parliament - and even the Counter Trafficking in Persons Act. All those provide for protection. We also have other laws on survival, participation and development."
