    "content": "My concern is especially on issues of equality. I have just come back from Mbita and sometimes it is a challenge. I know we provided the Equalisation Fund, but the framework within which it is provided excludes areas like my constituency, and yet if you go there, you will find that it is one of the places that deserve it if children are to be treated equally. If you go to a place like Remba, you will find that the Government declared that it should be one of the places that are considered as extreme hardship areas. Despite that the Government has not implemented that."
