    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker for this opportunity. I support the adoption of this Policy because it touches on the children who live under difficult circumstances. These are disabled children - physically handicapped - living in poverty, suffering from HIV and AIDS, and go through hell in the families where there is a lot of violence. They are also neglected, go hungry and do not go to school. The list of their afflictions is very long."
