    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Motion. I support the adoption of Sessional Paper No.1 of 2015 concerning child labour. At the outset, I want to say that there has always been confusion on what child labour is against responsible parenting. We should never get to a point that when parents are teaching their children life skills depending on the different places and areas they come from that is treated as child labour. This is because that is part of learning process. The bit we need to look at and ensure we move forward is eradicating child labour that is exploitative and takes our children in a vicious cycle of poverty."
