    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to second the Witness Protection (Amendment) Bill 2016 as moved by the Leader of the Majority Party. I want to urge the House to support this amendment Bill because it aligns the Witness Protection Bill with the Constitution. The amendments which are proposed in this Bill are in about 23 clauses."
