"content": "It is high time this nation took up issues of drug abuse and trafficking as a national disaster, and provided protection to people who can give adequate information about who the drug barons are and where the drugs are sold. Sometimes, when it comes to issues of terrorism, we might as a nation need to protect witnesses and even evacuate or move them outside the country. It is important that we pass this Bill so that we have a proper way of securing witnesses even outside this nation. We have had cases where witnesses’ homes have been burned and where parents have lost lives and livestock. It is also important we make sure that the agency has a proper budget. Relocation and protecting these people and giving them a secure place to live require money."
