    "content": "wastages in court time because of lack of evidence since people refuse to go and give evidence. This is because they were harassed or threatened. In conclusion, as it has been indicated, the qualifications for a witness to be protected must be quantified. We need to determine the levels of protection, who will be protected and in what case they will be protected. Maybe we can make an allowance for those huge criminal cases. Everybody might want to be a witness and seek protection. The Act needs to identify the cases in which witnesses can be protected under the law. With those few remarks, I support the Amendment Bill"
