The changes must be notified to the County Education Board. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, you have heard people coming up with centres and within a short time, they relocate or change and this affects children. Clause 25 deals with cancellation of registration certificate and provides for circumstances where this may be done and steps to be taken before the cancellation.
