    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I sought a Ministerial Statement from the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security on 17th November, 2010 and it was promised to be delivered on 1st December, 2010. Subsequently, the Deputy Leader of Government Business, Dr. Kosgei, gave an undertaking that she was going to ask the Minister to deliver the same Statement on Tuesday, this week. That did not happen. Since both the Minister and his Assistant Ministers are in the House, could they deliver my Statement? This also includes the Statement I sought from the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation on the maternal health."
