Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I hope that the Senate will adopt this Report and go further to utilize some of the important elements, ideas and opinions that were learnt and that accrue from this conference that was held in Mexico. I also want to laud Members who attended this conference and gave us a good Report which the two Houses will learn from. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I beg to second the Motion."
