Nkaisserry, it is very unfortunate that today the Tenth Parliament is discussing a referendum that is taking place in another nation. The position of the Kenya Government is well stipulated within the CPA agreement and again within the auspices of the IGAD nations. The House urges the Government of Kenya to do all in its power--- What are these powers that this House will give the Government of Kenya to make sure that there is a peaceful referendum in Sudan? I think this motion is misplaced."
