Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, when you will be ruling on whether this Motion should continue or not, I would like you to consider that this Motion is properly before the House and the sentiments expressed by Members vary as they think they might be. They should know that Kenya is a unique state in this process in the sense that on 9th January, 2010, when Southern Sudan goes to the referendum vote, the voting will actually take place in some parts of Kenya. There are polling stations in Kenya. If that is the case, it is only fair that we demonstrate our solidarity as the representatives of our people and urge the people who are surrounding the polling stations to support the process so that polling can be free and safe in the country. I do not see what is agitating them."
