    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. While I appreciate the efforts of Mr. Ethuro, Sudan is an independent country and whether it is true or not, occasionally, Kenya has been accused in the Wikileaks of one thing or the other. As a country, the larger interest of this country is more important than what could be considered sectional interest. Therefore, as it has always been, we need to maintain our neutrality. As much as we could wish Sudan the very best, we need to contain our emotions which by this Motion seem not to be controlled. As the Minister for Nairobi Metropolitan Development has said, we are even going further into the outcome of the referendum and making some prior judgement by saying that they must respect the outcome of the referendum. Who said that they will not respect it in the first place? I think this is completely misplaced and we seek direction from the Chair."
