"content": " On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I also agree with the hon. Members who have said that we are interfering with matters of another nation and it is not right. Dr. Khalwale has just said that the Sudanese in some parts of Kenya will vote. Indeed, the Sudanese will vote wherever they are. Even those in the United States of America (USA) will vote. Those countries are not interfering with the referendum. Let us not act like a big brother of some sort to our neighbours. Indeed, if other people dictate to us, it is irritating and we have cases which we will debate in this House. This is a case where Parliament is over-stepping its boundaries and we must not encourage that."
