    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, thank you very much for the opportunity. I would like to take this opportunity to support this Bill. First and foremost, I am concerned that if you go to the rural areas, you will notice that early childhood education has been taken for granted. This is because the infrastructure is wanting. The passage of this Bill should be able to help and provide for whatever is required because these are the children we want to mould to become good citizens later on."
