    "content": "some of them will drop out of school. We should have proper infrastructure that appeals to children. We have very many children who drop out of school because of bad infrastructure. They disappear on reaching the third grade. Some of them have been encouraged by their parents to get into child labour. In areas where we have big farms like Trans-Nzoia, children who are not interested in learning due to unconducive learning environment end up getting into child labour. These children who are encouraged by their parents willingly opt to take care of cattle or fetch firewood. We should have proper funding at that level so that children love going to school."
