    "content": "and Research, but it looks like they have also fallen in line with it. The major driver is the budget. They are saying that the Government does not have money to pay teachers. The Government has not even paid teachers in the already registered institutions. They are just paying about two teachers and parents pay the others through their Boards of Management (BOMs) and Parents’ Teachers Associations (PTAs). Registration should not be a stumbling block. I will bring an amendment to this Bill. Thank you."
