    "content": "The importance of education cannot be overemphasised. It is extremely important for us to understand the value of education and also to know that education begins at a very early age. That is why ECDE is of importance. The purpose of this Bill is to provide an orderly manner in which ECDE is managed and this is extremely important. For that reason, I support the Bill with all my heart."
