    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for the giving me the opportunity to speak to this Bill. It is important in the sense that ECDE is the foundation of education. Like my colleagues who have spoken to it before me, I also think the dichotomy of putting ECDE under the Ministry and the county governments while the other levels of education are with the national Government needs to be addressed."
