    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I join you in welcoming the delegation of Women parliamentarians from the Parliament of South Sudan. We have been very privileged, as the Kenya Women Parliamentarians, to host them in this Parliament. Yesterday, we hosted them for dinner. They have just come from meeting the National Gender and Equality Commission (NGEC) and they have also visited many other organisations in this country. It is my hope that the delegation will come out better after learning the best practices that we will portray to them as Kenyan women. I hope they will become better legislators as we also learn from them. I welcome them and hope that they will take our greetings to the Parliament of South Sudan. I thank you."
