    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I join my colleagues in extending a warm welcome to the Parliamentarians from South Sudan. We are very concerned regarding what we have been reading in the newspapers taking place in their country and we pray for them. There is a saying that the pain a mother feels over her child, whether a girl or a boy, is heavy. Since they are here on behalf of the mothers of South Sudan, we will ask them to do all they can in their Parliament. They should talk to their leaders. The joy they acquired recently when they became a new Republic should be the standard measure and Kenya has continued to stand with them. We are their neighbours in---"
