Kong who was the first Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee in the National Legislative Assembly of South Sudan, and I was privileged to train them. I hope that normalcy will be restored in the Republic of South Sudan. We have played a big role as good neighbours and brothers to make sure that the country stabilizes. My brother died in Juba just three months ago. He was there to train the people on military intelligence. Thank you very much, you are welcome."
