I just want to know if the CBK has the capacity to supervise banks and ensure that, indeed, relief is provided; first in respect of those who have existing loans and secondly, to customers who are seeking new facilities in those banks. Does the CBK have the capacity to ensure that these benefits are passed down to customers?"
