However, I seek the following clarification: One, the girl, Quinta Amondi was discharged from Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital with a blind eye. That is permanent disability. Now that the Ministry does not have a vote to compensate victims, I would like to know what the use of the emergency kitty in the Ministry is. The parents of this girl; Seline Akoth and Fredrick Otieno, are looking g for answers even today. What is the use of the emergency fund in terms of compensation?"
