    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I listened to the response from the Chairperson and it is worrying that we can casually come and respond to issues of loss of human life caused by an irresponsible officer in the land. How can a police officer use a Government firearm and injure a person and then that person is neither compensated nor his hospital bills paid for? Could the Chairperson give us a better answer? Are you telling us that this Government cannot compensate anybody who is harmed by a stray bullet from a Government security officer? We need a better answer than that."
