    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I am cognizant of the fact that my colleague has not mentioned the two communities he is talking about. That does not interest me. When he talks about 60 per cent from two communities, he should tell us what he is quoting. He says “public service”. Public service is defined in the Constitution. Who is it specifically he is referring to? He says 60 per cent across public service as a whole, is comprised of two communities in the last 50 plus years since we attained Independence. He should be factual because this is a House of facts."
