    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I rise to support this Bill by Sen. Elachi and congratulate her. This is a very important amendment. When you look at this Bill, one would quickly think that it is giving the NCIC too much power to look into organizations, groups and communities that are involved in peace-building. What the Bill really intends to do is that there is partnership and oversight from the NCIC, to ensure that the peace-building processes around our country are met.
