    "content": "Kenya. People who know some of the leaders even turn off their television sets whenever they hear them saying that they will bring cohesion and integration. Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. quoted some of the additional things that have been provided for. We may need to visit the Commission and ask them whether they have any amendments to propose. Having been in office for more than three years, is there anything they think should be brought forward? We need collective leadership in this Republic, whether someone is in the Opposition or the Government.
