    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I actually rose to support the extension. Given the timelines, my suggestion to the HBC is that from the time the report is tabled, it should be made available to the Members, at least, one day before it is debated. In the past, we have seen situations where reports are tabled in the morning and then they are debated in the afternoon. This is such an important report that we need to go through diligently and make an appropriate decision. My prayer is that there will be enough time for Members to read the Report. Thank you."
