    "content": "Abuse of dominancy has been realized. I would like to point out here the case of Safaricom. We have seen some businesses successfully coming in place. Safaricom has really excelled. That is because anytime you want to leave their services; you realize that one service is connected to another. As a result, some other companies have wished to copy-paste what Safaricom does in order for them to excel. They have gone as far as trying to cite provisions in the Competition Act and the Consumer Protection Act to defend their claim that Safaricom is dominating. However, the company may be dominating in nature because of its muscles of good strategy in marketing and also a good capital base which might have grown from one level to another. It is important to caution other service providers not to use this law for their own benefit. People should be left to compete.
