    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I support Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr.’s assertions. Three weeks ago I had a meeting with the Members of the National Assembly to partly interrogate the Bill that I had presented before the Senate. They were really amused that we are not working on the basis that, that was the only Bill they had of 2015. Therefore, it would be necessary for you to accompany that Bill, so that people can know that there are also Bills that emanate from the Senate and are assented to by the President upon the completion of the processes internally in Parliament."
