"content": " Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I do not want to get into this confidence issue. This Statement was written on 6th April, 2016. Your office may wish to help the House on why a Statement written from the NLC on the 6th April, 2016, finds its way to the House on 13th, October, 2016. These are the facts that appear on the Statement. If it had come and been postponed continuously, that would be another matter. However, if it has truly taken that long, the tradition of this House is that the Chair normally directs that Statements be issued in two weeks or any extended time depending on the request of the Chair of the Committee."
