Speaker, I beg to give notice of the following Motion:- THAT, pursuant to Section 11(2) of the Central Bank of Kenya Act, Section 8(1) of the Public Appointments (Parliamentary Approval) Act, 2011 and Standing Order No.45(1), this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade on the vetting of nominees to the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Kenya and approves the appointment of the following members to the Central Bank of Kenya Board of Directors:- (1) Mr. Ravi J. Ruparel, (2) Ms. Nelius W. Kariuki, (3) Mr. Samson K. Cherutich, (4) Ms. Charity Seleina Kisotu, and, (5) Ms. Rachel Bessie Dzombo."
