    "content": " I want to conclude, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. If you look at Article 2 of the new Constitution, you will find that it says:- “The general rules of international law shall form part of the law of Kenya.” They may form part of the law of Kenya, but Parliament is supreme. We make and unmake the law. So, this Motion is properly before us. Let us not be misled. Let us look at the merits of the Motion and then we move from there. Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir."
