    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I am not a lawyer but at least, I can read some chapters from the law books. First, I want to quote the UN Charter 103 that says:- “Any comprehensive interpretation of international law must take into account the interests and wellbeing of the people of that state.”"
