    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to second the amendment Bill. I would also like to tell the Leader of the Majority Party that all lawyers are good. In case a lawyer has an issue, we have a disciplinary process which he or she undergoes once a complaint has been filed against him or her. This Bill is very important, especially to Kenyans who are desperate to have insurance covers that would cater for them in the event of unfortunate incidents occurring. The first issue is to expand the areas upon which coverage of insurance shall be. That is why we have various provisions seeking to expand the insurance sector. One of the most important aspects of this amendment Bill is the introduction of the Takaful insurance business. The Constitution we passed in 2010 speaks about the principle of inclusivity.
