    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me this opportunity. I rise to support this Bill which is extremely technical. We will have to look at it very carefully at the Third Stage for possible amendments. Hon. Speaker, I support the Bill for two main reasons. The first one is the enlargement in the industry so that we have group insurance called “ Takaful ” . This has been a gap in the insurance industry and many of our people do not benefit from the insurance industry because at the individual level, it is very expensive.
