Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is also supported by the ICC Statute, Article 53 (1) (c) that makes it clear that in deciding whether to proceed with an investigation, the prosecutor must consider the interests of the victims and determine whether taking into account the investigations shall serve the interest of justice of those who are supposed to be convicted. So, I can confirm that it is not in the interest of Kenyan citizens for us to continue being part of that. Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir."
