    "content": "There is also another issue which I thought should have been looked into and that is the question of rates. We need to look at the rates because we are capping banking rates, but we also need to look at the insurance rates. Lastly, what I have beef with is Takaful insurance. I know “ Takaful” is not an English word. Because the Bill is signed by the Leader of the Majority Party, I would have expected him to give us a proper explanation of the word “ Takaful” . I know he gave us an explanation that this name will attract international investors."
