    "content": "Hon. Members, the Clerk would suggest that there is a way of proposing the Question but, I want to lead you to the clear provisions. This one is not dependent on you Members making a decision. If you look at Standing Order No.31 it says:- “(1) A Member may at any time, for reasons stated, seek leave to move “That, this House do now adjourn.” (2) If the Speaker is of the opinion that such Motion for adjournment of the House is frivolous, vexatious, or an abuse of the proceedings of the House, the Speaker may forthwith put the question thereon or decline to propose it.”"
