"content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me the opportunity. I wish to comment on the Petition by Hon. Birdi. The SGR is a noble project in this country. Much as it has economic value, the first value that we need to get from it is employment for our people. If we have to get the technical staff, whose skills we do not have in this country, as a people, we do not mind. However, there are certain jobs that Kenyans who have trained in technical fields should do, as well as those who are able to provide manual labour. I support. Thank you"
