"content": "Before we proceed to the next Order, which is the Committee of the whole House on the Kenya Defence Forces (Amendment) Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 41 of 2015), I wish to offer the following guidance. In mid-March this year, I received proposed amendments to the Kenya Defence Forces (Amendment) Bill by the Member for Homa Bay Town, Hon. Peter Kaluma.
